So, anyhow, I was leading up to telling you the story about our trip to Machu Picchu...But that was what seems like 100 years ago, so I'll just cut to the chase scene. Here are the pics.

Beautiful pictures. I visited Machu Picchu 40 years ago, on my way home from living in Brazil. I also spent a few days in Montevideo the previous year.
My husband and I are considering living in Uruguay. We've been reading up on the country and expats living there. I will have to read more of your blog. We are retired but have an elderly parent who will not move abroad with us, so it may be a while until we can actually do it. I hope we don't get too old to make the move.
